Mary A’s Food for the Soul is named after our mother. Mom was an awesome cook, grabbing the taste buds of a few Carolina Panthers, who were frequent Sunday dinner guest in her home. On January 5th, of 2012, Mary A. passed. My mom is from the Deep South of Hawkinsville, GA. Where she inherited her amazing cooking skills from her mom. I prepared my first full course meal at the age of 9, inheriting all the Southern flair in the kitchen from my mom. Now, I’m on a mission to fill the taste buds (through catering) to all of Charlotte and surrounding areas.
